The Model 900503 Handheld Gas Analyzer. All 5 Gases in a 5 Lb Battery Powered Gas Analyzer!

  • Full-featured gas analyzer that you can hold in your hand!
  • Gas measurement technology of larger machines in a small, modern design -uses time proven industry standard NDIR and chemical sensor technologies for reliable, accurate gas measurements.
  • Self-powered on its own internal battery pack – 2 hours roaming capability.
  • In production for 5-years, it has proven itself in hundreds of applications.
  • Fast – data available in 30 seconds – updates 4 times per second.
  • Real time diagnostics calculations - Lambda/AFR and Combustion Efficiency.
  • Digital Analyzer with serial (RS232) PC/printer interface built-in.

The Model 900503 is a full-featured five gas (CO, HC, CO2, O2, NOx) gas analyzer that you can pick up, turn on, and carry around! It uses time-proven technologies to measure the five gases - NDIR technology to measure CO, HC, and CO2, and electro-chemical sensors to measure O2 and NOx. These technologies have been the only ones certified for use on domestic and international emissions test programs – such as California BAR-97 and OIML International programs. Bridge has designed them into a modern very small analyzer – one that can be held in your hand – but has the same measurement accuracy of larger machines. The size and power reduction has resulted in the first analyzer that can be used as a hand-held diagnostics tool.

Award-Winning Performance.

The Model 900503 has been in production for over 5 years, with hundreds of installations, and has proven to be one of the most reliable gas analyzers available. Indeed, after being reviewed by a panel of certified automotive technicians, it was awarded the prestigious 2005 Innovation Award by Professional Tools and Equipment News, become the only gas analyzer to win this award since its inception.

Enhanced Diagnostics Capabilities.

It has the ability to calculate Air/Fuel Ratio and Lambda (the Stoichometric equivalent to A/F ratio) and Combustion Efficiency from the exhaust gases – removing any guesswork about fuel control and operating effectiveness. Gas and diagnostic data is displayed at a 4 times per seconds on large LED displays, making for fast response to changing gas levels – perfect for road testing. The analyzer operates either off its own battery for 2 hours, and can be powered from the vehicle 12V supply, or a wall supply for dedicated in-shop use.

Flexible Operation on any engine.

The Model 900503 is a low flow analyzer with superior gas filtering – enabling it to be used even on 2 cycle or diesel engines without concern of analyzer contamination. In addition, the fuel being used can be selected for an alternative fuel (LPG or CNG) vehicle, making the analyzer even more flexible.

Complete and ready to go.

The Model 9005 include exhaust probe and hose, cigarette lighter power plug and cable, vehicle battery clips, spare filter pack, carrying/storage case and manual. It also includes an internal battery pack and external (mains-mounted) 12VDC supply.
